They are herbal ointments designed to provide relief from skin inflammation caused by itching and pain. There are two: One is ItchStuff and the other is PainStuff.
2.What are they made from?
Double certified 100% pure organic herbs and a cosmetic grade petroleum base.
3.Any other “funny” stuff in it – like fragrance or preservatives?Nope!
4.What is the shelf life?At least 2 years.If it lasts that long.
5. Does it need refrigeration?Nope!
6.Any special care?
It will melt if left in a hot areas, like a car in the summer.But will return to a solid when it cools back down.
7.Will it stain clothing?Like the devil.
IF you glob it on.Just use a small amount and rub it in well.Wear socks on your feet.
8.What removes the stains?BIZ and hot water wash.
9.How soon would I feel relief?
From itching, usually 1 – 3 minutes.From pain, 15 – 30 minutes.
10.How long does the relief last?
From itching, it really depends on the cause but several hours usually.From pain, 2 – 3 hours at first then longer as you reapply.
11.How often can I use it?As often as you want or need.
12.After I place an order, how long before it is shipped?Shipping fees? Usually within 24 hours. On weekends/holidays, the first business day after. I do not charge for shipping in the US.
13.What will ItchStuff help?

14.What about PainStuff?
If you hurt, rub it where it hurts.It will probably help.Headache, neck and temples, sore joints, back, shoulders, hands, knees, elbows, neuropathy.One person rubbed it on her face near where she had a tooth removed and she said it stopped the pain enough that she didn’t need pain pills.
15.Are they both just for external use?Yes!They taste really nasty.I know.
16.Anyone allergic to either so far?No.
But someone probably will be sooner or later.Both contain aloe vera and some people are allergic to it.
17.How often have you had returns?None yet!
18.Do you get many reorders?Yes, and they buy extra for friends and family.
19.Can I use it on my pets?Yes, cats, dogs, horses, ?Maybe not fish.
20.Can it be used on infants for diaper rash?
Yes, BUT be careful, check to be sure they aren’t sensitive to it.Put a small amount on the inside of their lower arm and wait an hour or so.If it looks good, not pink or red then it is probably OK.Just use caution.
21.What does this stuff smell like?Very faint herbal, nice.
22.Is there any menthol or capsaicin?NO NO NO -Never. It does not burn & it is not smelly.
23. How did you happen to formulate these ointments? By desperation, and need, due to being Blessed by misfortune disguised as a nest of Brown Recluse spiders that lunched on my left foot.
FDA statement: "Herbal remedies have not been scientifically proven to heal or cure anything." Reactions are possible to them just as to any other product. At present there are no known precautions regarding Plantain. With any new product always watch for reactions, especially the good ones, like plantain seems to cause.
